help to identify please

Hi can anyone help me identify this tree growing in my front garden. The flowers are very 'frothy' and quite pretty but it is growing very quickly and I'd like to identify it so I know when and how's I can prune it. Thank you

Might be Fraxinus ornus, Manna Ash. Not a tree I know well so can't be more definite

It looks like a Chionanthus retusus, Chinese fringe tree. Its very pretty.
I think nutcutlet is right.
I've just looked at the chionanthus, the flowers are very similar but the leaves are different
I wonder if I can fit in another tree.

That is the danger of this forum......too many beautiful plants and nowhere to put them.
I always say I'm not going to buy/set seed of anything I haven't got room for but it doesn't work

Its an addiction. And now I am off to water all the pots and planters I said I wouldn't have this year...........................

Thanks for your replies, after some investigation, now that you've pointed me in the right direction I think it is indeed a Manna Ash, now I can organise pruning. Thank you for your witty banter and expert knowledge.
