I have a ten year old Callistimon shrub in a 2feet by 18inches pot.It has only bloomed once when I repotted it into ericacious compost 5 years ago,on the reccomendation of a neighbour.I only give it rainwater.Can you help please ?

Can anyone tell me why it does not flower.Thank you.
Feed it with an ericaceous feed such as miracle grow for camellias and rhodos.
Make sure it is in a sunny place. Next to a south facing wall would be good. That will help the wood to ripen before flowering.
