Apple Tree help!

Balcony Apple tree starting to die off after successfully growing leaves and buds. Have basic understanding of vegetable growing but not trees or fruit. Can someone let me know how to save the apple tree. just purchased another one for cross pollination.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
