What is this tree?

Apologies for the poor quality picture but can anyone identify this tree? It has large clusters of red flowers on it. Thanks

Do you have a picture of the leaves?

It's really hard to see the shape of the flowers or the leaves - but at a guess it's one of the Weigelas

Any chance of a better photo?

Thanks for the responses.  Will try to get a better picture and repost.  It's in my dad's garden and he is texting the photos

Ah I'm not sure about my weigela now - I've blown it up a bit and can see a tree trunk - I couldn't see that before, I thought it was a shrub coming over the fence from next door!

We definitely need a better pic image

Could it be Crataegus Laevigata Paul's Scarlet?

Now I've seen it's a tree not a shrub that's my best bet at the moment, without seeing a better pic.

Wow!  Even with blurry vision - has to be a good guess rather than real identification image
