Gertie, send an email to [email protected] - I'm sure someone there will be able to help. They're a friendly lot.

Welcome Gertie grass, your not alone as I too have a battle with the dreaded red lilly beetle and I always do what is advised, apart from chemical usage. I also can't post photos either- I am not very techie but even hubby has tried( and he is!) Hey ho will keep pressing the tree and maybe one day there won't be an error.

Gertie grass and  flowers in the rain, have you tried cropping your photos?   When I first joined the forum earlier this year I had no problems with posting photos, but something must have been changed on the site, and now I get the 'oops' message.   I requested help from the moderator, and was told it could be too high a resolution on my photos, and the advice was to crop.   So I do crop, (not a lot!) and repost successfully.   Maybe that will work for you as well.

Hello Gertie Grass and flowers in the rain,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble posting images on the forum. A couple of things to check:

The images you upload need to be in jpeg or jpg format.

They should be less than 2mb in file size. If your files are larger you'll need to reduce them in size - there's a free app for iPad which will do this here:

    https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/simple-resize/id327776379?mt=8

    I hope that helps!
