cardoon

Hi i have a large cardoon in my garden every year it grows about 12 foot  and tends to fall over .has anyone any idea how to support it it has about 8 large branches and stands at moment about three foot but it will grow very quickly and need to try and support it .thanks in advance

    Thanks pansy face  will try that  shame they fall over  as they look lovley to start with do yours get covered in black beetles about august time .If so what do you use  .

    Where is it sited? Mine are protected from wind so are quite straight. Not got above the fence yet so that may change. The soil is pretty damp but draining. It has half a dozen bamboo around it competing for moisture, so it my guess is it gets water but not too much.
