Friend or foe?

Hello,
Today I dug up my lupins to move into a pot and found lots of tiny yellow eggs/larvae in the roots. Only one of them had them so I've kept it separate until I know what they are. Can anyone help? I'm afraid the picture isn't very clear. Thanks

I cant see them in that photo, are they cream with brown faces about half inch long.
Its not the right time to dig them up really.
No they aren't like either of those, they are incredibly small. long, rather than round. They are still, not moving, which made me wonder if theyre eggs rather than larvae. And they are mustard yellow.
i wouldn't have dug them up but the snails and slugs are decimating them so I decided to pot them up to try and give them some TLC!
Hopefully this picture is better!
