Safe now for unheated greenhouse? (and quick pot question)

First time growing anything so want to be sure, I have an unheated greenhouse, is it now safe for me to put out everything I have growing on the windowsil...

Tomatoes (Glacier, golden peardrop, Ukrainian purple, Moneymaker)Strawbs (Delia & Pegasus)

Cucumbers (tiny tot, yellow crystal, cucamelons)

Peppers (Sweet banana, mini bell red)

Not worried about the strawberries but just checking on the toms mainly, weather seems to suggest in the Midlands it'll be 6+ degrees at night for a while, no frosts on the radar at the mo.

Quick pot size question, most of these have outgrown the 3" pots now so I wanted to transfer them to their final pots, I have 12" square ones for the tomatoes (excl peardrop) but was wondering do the others need 12" or can I get away with 10" or 8" for some? I was thinking I might for the strawbs and maybe mini bell red as the plant is only 2-3ft tall. Not sure about cucumbers...

..any advice would be super!

You can start putting things out in the greenhouse during the daytime but bring them in at night for about a week by which time they should be hardened off enough to stay out there.

The tomatoes will need to go in the 12" pots but the peppers can go into something slightly smaller. Can't advise you about anything cucumber related.

My tomato plants, cucumber and courgette plants have been in the greenhouse for several weeks now. Don't bring them in the house at all. But we close the greenhouse door at night, and the top ventilation.

cheers guys. Well mine is plastic not glass but still I think it'll be okay so going for it.

Sorry Logan was that 2 plants per pot with the cucumbers? If so I'll plant my other two crystal lemons together..

Now the long journey to see if I can actually grow some fruit haha.

My tomatoes went out last weekend (end of 1st week of May) in a plastic growhouse and they're absolutely fine Joe.

I'm in Scotland and it's been very cold, windy and sleety!

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I was going to say my conservatory hasn't dropped below 5 for a couple of months but I suppose it is double glazed with dwarf walls that might retain some heat - rarely has it dropped below 10 this last month even though I've seen outside forecasts for -2 (I'm also in Scotland).

Your greenhouse will probably get a little cooler, but should still be quite adequate against frost now, although as suggested it is probably worth hardening the plants off first if thay have been used to central heating....
