slugs

I have found a toad in my garden, therefore do not want to use pellets, nematodes expensive, but slugs are feasting on my veggies (snails as well)

is there something that works and is eco friendly

I dont want to feed them get them drunk or put them up in differing hidyholes. Im not running a b and b for slugs, though the way they eat my plants i may as well as

    I bought 6 plastic slug traps and you 1/2 fill them with cheap beer

    After 2 days there are @ 6 in each

    They only seem to have one with bait at the moment which I dont like  but they may still have the ones I bought in stock

    Its a good idea just to ask for their brochure in the post just as a handy beside you source of reference but it does contain some complete waste of time items !!

    Slugs have 250,000 teeth and the UK has the most slugs in Europe !!

    70% of the little devils are underground

    Good hunting !

    My neighbours son eats them so perhaps you could borrow him for a week !!

    Cut any you find in half with a pair of scissors. A trip round the garden with a torch at night will be very productive.



    Eco-friendly; no poisons involved; wildlife friendly; cheap; effective; quick; permanent; satisfying!
