Fungus on juneberry tree
It sounds like powdery mildew might be a possibility http://apps.rhs.org.uk/advicesearch/profile.aspx?pid=253 amelanchier (June Berry) is quite susceptible. Some people are happy to use chemicals to control it. I prefer a 50:50 solution of skimmed milk and water sprayed on. It usually works well and doesn't harm the beneficial insects and birds.

Powdery mildew ?
Does it have enough air around it?
A fungicide spray might help-but you have given little information

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
To try to prevent powdery mildew, gather up and burn affected leaves when they fall, and as the problem is often associated with plants under stress, try to ensure that the soil around the trees doesn't dry out. Probably not a problem recently if you're in the UK. There are some plants that will get PM even in good conditions, one of my honesuckles succumbed last year although the others didn't
just one of those things.

Hello, I agree dovefromabove about non-chemical protection, milk solution is very good idea. This problem you'll find everywhere in the world. If available try Neem Oil (extract) also. You can have a look HERE too. Greetings, ThaiGer.
Depends on what you are going to use-a chemical fingicide is more of a preventative measure-the milk solution use when the mildew first appears.
I think using the "chemical hammer" is not a good method and NOT preventve kind. Please lookhere (about Neem). The liquid soap (Detergent) is to hold strong and long time the extract on the top side and the underside of the leaves. The recipe you can divide 10 or 100 for 1 or 10 liters. For Neem-kernel you can ask in drug store(?).ThaiGer.
