Anemone Bulbs and when to plant them

Bob BobBob Bob Posts: 61

I was in my local garden centre the other day and they were selling off their stock of anemone bulbs very cheap.

If I bought some up could I plant now and just leave them or would it be best to store them and plant in late autumn? Will they store well?

Bulbs and corms don't store, they dry out and die. Plant them

I have soaked mine in water overnight and am going to plant them in pots tomorrow apparently it's not too late if you do it now. Time will tell !

At around 50p for 10 then I'll probably nip down after work tomorrow afternoon and chance a couple of quid!
