Dwarf apple tree

I bought this apple tree and another about 6 weeks ago. It is planted in a container but seems to have developed brown markings on the leaves. Does anyone know what is going on?

    Hello , pansy face could be right but the pot seems rather small from the picture , plant could be distressed ?image

    Hoping it is sun scorch. Picture is deceiving as the pot is quite a large one.
