Some of my plants have started to show raised spots on the central leaves like braille

They appear to be healthy despite this 

? Any thoughts please

Everyone is just trying to be Happy.....So lets help Them.

    The plants are in a conservatory and yes I have watered daily 

    I will regulate the watering and put them outside during the daytime
