Rosemary

Hi, I've had a rosemary plant in my flowering bed for about 3 years, it started as just a shop bought small plant but is now a couple if feet tall and wide. I use it all the time and only ever cut into new wood. Over the last month, for the first time, there are small blue/purple flowers all over the plant. Have I been eating an inedible rosemary plant?! Or has it run it's course?? Any ideas greatly received

Perfectly normal for rosemary plants to flower now that it's a decent size - the flowers are a lovely garrnish to a dish - bees will love them - just carry on as normal and enjoy
