I used to put shading on the outside of the greenhouse but this year year I pegged some dark heavy shading onto the struts inside the g'house. It is much more effective and it hides the glare from the roof.  Also put down old wooden planks on the floor and soak them with water. They stay wet longer.

Hello B & Q sell shading that can be easy to fit inside of green house , much better than shade paint

have you an automatic window opener , I'm no DIY person but I managed to fit one

I also water the path in really hot weather and put out bowls of water

    best of luckimage

In my previous wooden greenhouse I used Eccremocarpus scaber for shading. I pinned netting between the roof bars to support it and it grew up from the base (it was planted in the ground) every year and gave me a roof of pretty ferny leaves and bunches of bright flowers hanging down. Now I've got a metal geenhouse I can't think of a way to support it or I'd do it again.
