Could it be Lonicera henryi or one of its cultivars? Not one I know personally.
Thanks landgirl , will look it up . I haven't seen it in flower . It `s a vigorous grower I`m worried about it taking over . Wendy .
That does look like L. henryi as seen on a friends porch. How much space have you got?

Hello nut , my fence is 6 ft high and its got about 4 ft space to grow either side , it`s just that it`s seems to grow so quickly in a semi shaded spot , Wendy .
That's odd Logan, I can see it and so could landgirl. Lots of strange happenings with forum and devices I think.
Wendy, if this is L.henryi you've got a very large plant.

Lots of pictures here http://www.fassadengruen.de/eng/uw/climbing_plants/uw/evergreen_honeysuckle/evergreen_honeysucklet.htm of it being quite vigorous. But surely with judicious pruning it could be kept within it's space?

Thanks everybody , like Dove says I can always keep it in check . I really didn`t want it to fully establish itself without knowing exactly what kind of honeysuckle I had . It certainly seems to like its spot. It`s was passed on by a friend with no name or label . Wendy.
hi wendy - I agree about the lovely first photo. Are they ox-eye daisies?
Hi Keepitlive , I`m afraid it`s another I don`t really know the name of . they are some cuttings from a friend , they are probably relate ,but their foliage is more of a greenish grey really lovely . Wendy .
