... gardening is contagious. I was joined by my two teenagers in the garden this afternoon who were genuinely keen to get jobs done independently and were clearly proud of their efforts afterwards.

it's taken my OH a little longer, but since my knee issues, he's done tons for me and , like your kids, has enjoyed it.
I said to him yesterday, " just wait until you see how good it looks in summer and you can say to yourself " I planted that" "
My daughter (Wonky Womble) came to visit yesterday and stayed overnight - she's helping me get so much done
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
It's great isn't it... they were at it again after school this evening! Perhaps there should be a GW family/group tv programme to spread the word!
