Keep it watered for the rest of the year Baza so it can establish - once a week is about right. Stake it if you haven't already as this prevents wind rock which stops the roots developing properly. Also keep an eye out for orange spots (pear rust) appearing on leaves and pick off any leaves which show it. Assuming it's a young tree, you will need to prune it in winter to help it develop a good productive shape - see the RHS advice here:
