Hydrangeas trouble
i have lived in this house for three years and inherited some hydrangeas which have Been ok until now. I recently fed them with homemade comfrey tea and I have just noticed that the leaves are turning brown and curling up at the ends. Is it the fault of the comfrey or is there some other explanation?

Hi Artmak
It may be that they put on some lovely new tender growth in the warm spell we had in April, and then the frosts that followed have scorched them. I wouldn't worry - they will recover.
