Fab programme image such a shame its only 4 weeks and covers the whole year in Carol's garden.

What an inspirational woman, full of energy and enthusiasm I love her passion.  It certainly gave me a much needed garden lift, last night was summer image

Yes, most timely repeat as Carol is so good at showing us how to get plants for free or nearly by propagating and sowing seed.  Much needed in these cash strappped times.

And "Beechgrove" is coming to BBC2 at lunchtimes on  Sundays for 26 episodes in March..

  • Since watching Carol Klein's programmes, I have become a plant propagation addict !

It often works and it is exciting !

  • Happymarion, is it no longer on a thursday evening then?

It did not say.  I got my information from the News page of the !9th Jan. edition of Amateur Gardening Magazine.  It says it will be a rival to Gardeners World and that the series is 35 years old. and that a new presenter will join the team and new features will be added.

  • Ahhh. Well. Its in my gardening journal lol. Thankyou. Anydays good for gardening tvimage

Thanks Happymarion I really mjissed my fix of gardening tv over December and found myself watching past episodes of monty which I had recorded lol.

My OH bought me Carols book 'Grow your own garden' for christmas and its really good, especially like the way she shows everything step by step, I haven't had much success in the past propogating and taking cuttings but I'm certainly going to have another go this year.  the book also introduced me to the lovely Crambe cordifolia which I am definately going to source for my garden this year.
