Help! My cosmos are flowering...

Hello,

I have about 30 cosmos sonata in the greenhouse and I've noticed they are forming flower buds already.  I've not even hardened them off and they are only about 6-8 inches high!

Is it worth pinching them out or should I just let them get on with it?

I'd pinch them out. They won't be very impressive flowering at that heightimage

Thank you!  I'll pinch them out tomorrow, they are looking great apart from the big buds appearing.  My 'big' cosmos on the other hand are looking very leggy but I've pinched them out already so hopefully they'll thicken up now.

I find cosmos flower well without pinching out. Just treat them mean and flower profusely
