Help

I am wanting to create my own flower trough this year.  I have laid plastic on the inside and bought moss to put around the edges which I have soaked in water but I cannot get the moss to stay in position.  Can anyone HELP please?

Is this one of those feed trough things made from metal bars and what sort of moss are you using?

Yes it is and the moss is sphagnum by Gardman

I'd suggest some fine wire to hold it in place. Some of the DIY stores as well as Garden Centres stock green plastic coated stuff on a reel which is excellent for that sort of job. I think I got mine in B&Q. image

Thanks Fairygirl your suggestion sounds good. Will get some fine wire and give it a go. ????

    Good luck  Jo  image

Even ordinary wire would do - it won't be seen with the moss on top. The usual green stuff is quite thick but I got some which was no thicker than fishing line.
