Morello Cherry tree

Can anyone explain to me the correct way of pruning a fan trained acid cherry tree.

or advise where i can get proper information, everything i have read has been lacking

in detail, ok so i get the removing front and rear facing shoots, but what do i do with the remaining shoots ? tie them in to what and then what happens do i remove the old shoots that had last years fruit?
