I vote for honesty as well. The newest leaves don't look like anything in the marrow/courgette family and the newest leaves will be the ones most like the mature shape
I admit to liking Alchemilla as well but you just have to be brutal with it. Even tiny plants are incredibly strongly rooted and can be hard to dig out. It's a great foil for dark, plum coloured flowers as well as more obvious whites and yellows
