Photo problems

Hi I'm trying to get a photo attached and keep getting an error message. I found a thread discussing this and saying to click on OK and wait but i can't find an ok to click on and once the error message comes up it won't let me do anything, arrghh! Help would be appreciated.

I don't even click on the OK - I just wait and everything resolves itself - good luck image

Haha.. You are the epitome of patience Dove.  I just hit 'okay' repetitively harder with each press of the button.  That eventually works too.. and makes me feel a bit better.

The question is why are we getting this gobbledegook error message at all? Is there no admin/tech on this forum to look after this glitch (and the one re the quote feature)?image

This forum has been around for quite a while and is a bit clunky , and the admin support is shared with other sites - as gardeners we tend to be pretty patient people and few of us are perfectionists - and of course, it's freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee image

I frequently get the 'Oops' message after clicking 'Okay', and have discovered that if I crop the photo slightly it will then be accepted.

  • I tried to attach a photo to a forum post yesterday and a box came up saying: radupload ajax callback error JavaScript invalid content message, and a whole lot more gobbledy gook.  The computer screen froze and there was no visible exit button to click on.  I tried everything I could think of without success, including trying to force quit the application.  I came back to it later, tried Safari Quit Safari, and the message and the GW page disappeared.  Everything was back to normal, much to my relief.

Has anyone else had a similar message when trying to attach a photo to a post?
