insect friendly raised bed
Hi all,
Just got my first house and with it a small garden! We are making our first foray into gardening. It is a courtyard with a raised bed approx. 2x1m. Against a fence and west facing. We would like to make it colourful and insect friendly. So far we have got a trellis and have planted some honeysuckle at the back other than that it's a blank canvas. Currently I think it's filled with compost, what plants would be best in this small space to get the most out of it? If you need more details please let me know
Many thanks in advance
Tom

Hi Tom
Does your garden get much light? I'm only a novice gardener but I have found the bees really like my erysium and it's been really easy to care for.
Also the buddleia seems popular with them
