Almond Tree Problems

I need some help with my Almond Tree, it is roughly 5 years old now and until last year we had a good crop every year. Last years was extremely disappointing but this year there seems to something quite wrong with it!

All the branches have got lumps of sap coming out in several places, the leaves seem to have similar to peach curl, but most of the branches dont have any leaves at all.

I would hate to loose this wonderful tree from my garden and i would like to prevent anything spreading to my other fruit trees!

If anyone has any ideas, I'd be very grateful for some advice!
