Plant Identification Please

 Hi could someone help identify this plant? It is coming up under the fence from a neighbours garden, it has white sap like euphorbia. Its very persistent if pulled up is back quickly.

    I think it is a euphorbia, E. amygdaloides robbiae, has ideas of world domination

    Could it be hypericum.

    It looks like honeysuckle to me also we have some under our fence in the springtime
