Potatoes

Hi I'm growing potatoes in bags as I've seen on a website and as it's raining a lot they seem to be very wet inside do I cover them or put them in my greenhouse or just leave them to the elements? I'm worried they won't grow as they might get waterlogged I have made holes in the bags to let water escape but they are still soaking wet
