    I bought two packets ( BOGOF  at Wyvale) of sweet peas . 35 seeds in each pack, 11 germinated. 

    60p packet of sweet peas from Wilko were tons better.

    Should have added T&M seeds were, from memory £2.35 a pack

  • There have been regular complaints about T&M over the years I have been on here. I once ordered coreopsis only to end up with 50 lavenders instead, substituted when they failed to meet my order. That's two crimes. Failure to anticipate the demand, and then sending something not even vaguely suitable instead.

    I have to say if you write on their facebook you usually get a resolution the same day. I did have poor quality plants arrive (perennial plugs) but they were very cheap. I received replacements and grew them on. I have however, found a local nursery I would rather use for plants in future. I would buy seeds, bulbs and perhaps a hard to find plant from T&M though.
  • Thank you Verdun, I sent an email to customer care and after 48 hours I didn't had any reply, previously I had another issue with another order, and they never replied, so far I just have issues after issues.

    I ended up complaining to the CEO and he was quite amicable and cooperative, but unless there is a direct complaint to him, every order is an issue, and it should not be like this.

    And yes, I just said in the other thread that GW should cease any agreement with them, obviously they are not interested in quality, just a place to dump plants not fit for purpose!

    Absolutely thrilled with the seeds despite the fact that my first order ended up with some lady in Spain and I received hers! Will still use them again regardless. Only company that has got me sowing flower seeds successfully. Failed dismally before. Germination with T&M 100%.

  • hi there I had a reply thru another site saying they had no card details to refund my money & to call the 0844 tele number, trouble is the telephone is not answered I waited soooo long & I think it should be them that telephones me they have my details on emails I have sent to them (T11531893) all they have to do is refund my money by cheque & the problem will be solved there is no correspondence with them all they seem to be doing is waiting to see if I give up, but they have picked on the wrong person!!
