Ceanothus Zanzibar

Would Ceonothus Zanzibar be suitable for growing against a sunny sheltered wall?

It needs a sunny sheltered position so that would be ideal. Don't plant right against the wall as it tends to be rather dry close to walls and it will need to bush out a bit.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • that is true,I planted mine against a wall,wrong place.image

  • Thanks Busy-Lizzie and flowering rose.  As there is a seat in front of wall I dont think there will be enough room for it to bush out.  So its back to the drawing board!
