I agree Pansyface - it looks more like lovage than anything else I can think of - but without smelling it I couldn't be sure - and there are some really poisonous plants in the Umbellifers, so I wouldn't recommend tasting it.
Another thought is a parsnip in its second year and running up to flower?

This is the leaf, no real smell to it.
It's goung up to flower but I can't see the top. They're all much the same shape.but we might be able to see white or yellow.
