kidling? is it worth getting GW subscription on ereader?

hubby got kindle fire HD for christmas i think it would be great to read monthly GW mag on it as it's colour etc anyone got thoughts or advice on it?

    depends on how you feel,but I prefer books,having said that it could be useful magazine wise as less waste and a bit like this site.image

    Love books too but too heavy for bedtime reading it says online if you get a subscription the ipad version is free-am fed up of old mags everywhere and i thought one could highlight snippets and save them in clippings thanks for interest flowerimage

    I got one too-but the script is quite small- it just a 7 inch tablet after all even though you can magnify it-I would think trying to read a full colour magazine would be awkward-won't be botheringimage-not even sure it is available is it?image

    The answer seems to be 'yes'.

    Though I'm not a Kindler and haven't actually seen the mag on an Android tablet.

    Just seen a review -takes a long time to download and is as I feared difficult to read.

    thanx for that folks think i'll get subscription and see if it's free with it. i'm sure technology will catch up if enough people want it image

    I subscribe to magazine and so get free download, which means I can read it on my ipad at the same time other half can read the paper magazine. Has saved us loads of arguments, "You finished with that yet?" After 12 months I give mt old mags to the local Alzheimer's Society who use them for their reminiscence groups.

    what athoughtful person you are Tima and your house must be calmer tooimage I read the sample on a link from another thread and thought i'll buy Jan's copy & take it from there.
