Brown leaves on Hydrangea
I have had three beautiful hydrangeas for many years, in different parts of the garden. Each has started to show wilting leaves and some have brown areas developed from the tips and spreading down the leaf. The brown starts pale and turns a much darker brown on some. There are no spots, and it is not mildew.
Any ideas please?

Frost damage? We've had a few sharp frosts recently, depending on where you are.
Yes frost .... mine were looking lovely but not now!
Quite a few other plants have been blasted. We had an overnight of minus 3 after a few days of plus 20 ... so no surprise really.
I'm hopeful they will all recover.

Many thanks indeed Dave and Bee, much appreciated. We have had a very frosty night or two, so let's hope you are right!
