The leaves and stem have fallen off my indoor calla lily. Will they grow back, and how do I look after it?

When you say "fallen-off" -do you mean suddenly-or did it just die-back after flowering?
They came off in my daughter's hand when she was 'titivating'. I'm hoping the corm/bulb is OK and that the plant will grow back in a few months time.
