Issues with pugs

Hi, This year tried Dobies fruit and flower plugs. Transplanted in 50% perlite and 50% potting compost., 50% of plants have turned brown, withered and died. Photos available. What have I done wrong ?

    the problem is, you shopped at Dobies. They're now owned by Tesco, so you're bound to have trouble, like they are.

    Tesco own Dobbies ...but I thought Dobies were a different company .....or am I getting confused?

    Thanks for the help.

     

    I guess a mixture of overwatering and over sunning.

     

    Will try the fleece method which seems eminently sensible.

    Tescos have bought Dobbies which is a chain of Garden Centres not Dobies the seed company.
