Tiny black bugs and spiders

Hi all,

Noticed today that my citrus trees all have tiny little black bugs on the underside of the leaves and the occasional tiny spider.

Should I be worried? Do they do any harm? If so how do I kill the buggers, dont want them spreading to my other plants if they are harmful.

Without a photo its difficult to say what they are. Could be aphids?

Identified as brown soft scale ! Time to do a bit more research

Appears to be no easy way to get rid of them. if i bought some lady bugs and released them in my greenhouse would they kill the buggers?
