jasmine dry leaves

I got this jasmine plant a month ago. Initially it was in a small pot, it started to be a bit curly. I changed its pot, gave some standard fertilizer (miracle gro all purpose). This did not stop the dry leaves. Now I have a lot more of them. It has always been outside in my patio corner where it gets light in afternoon. It is not that hot in London, the plant is well watered. Why is it drying?

It's hard to tell from the photo, but I think that may be one of the more tender varieties of jasmine - have a look here https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?pid=291 .  We've had some low temperatures and your plant may have been used to being in a greenhouse - the cold temperatures have damaged the leaves.

    Is it trachelospermum?

I dont know how to tell the difference. This one has leaves that have width around 1, 1.5 cm, maybe 3-4 cm height. Leaves have sharp peaks. Flowers are small 1.5-2cm. Flowers have a pink base.

What should I do now? Cut all the dry leaves, take it inside home? Or leave it outside?

I think its a trachelospermum jasminoides that has been blasted by cold wind.

Remove brown leaves and move it out of the wind.
