Fly Problem

I have a fly problem. I've tried quite a few things but nothing works. I think they maybe white fly or aphids. They are very small and swarm. I think they maybe coming from a bush in my garden. Any advice would be helpful.

Lyn, if you look closely at the beginning and the end you can see the tiny flies image

I don't know what they are or what you can do to get rid - sorry Carl image

Are they blackish, a few mm long, with a rather feeble and erratic flight? If so, they might be fungus gnats, horrible things, they breed in house plant compost. Use pyrethrin powder on the compost, it'll take a month to kill them.
