I have been bought some tulip bulbs this week . Should I keep them in the bag or plant them now ?

Tulip planting time is normally November, and they are flowering now. If these bulbs are old ones left over from last year, I think I would pot them up and if they produce leaves, feed them well to build up their strength for next year. However, if they are freshly lifted ones that have flowered this year, you should be able to store them in a cool shed or similar place until late autumn, then plant them.
