Lillies

I have lilly bulbs as i live in Sotland some frost at night, not sure if i can plant my bulbs out or not? Want to put some in a pot and some in the ground? Thank you in advance?

    i replant my lilies-hundreds- in the autumn as soon as i dig them. they are fine in both pots and ground to at least -10F. in britain you might want to cover the pots in the winter to keep out excessive moisture. so the answer is yes plant them now. i k

     i know people in britain drink a lot, but which part is sotland?

  • imageimage Oops  did i really say that, lol yes i did, Scotland in the scottish borders. Thank you David good to know, will plant them tomorrow, hope its as nice tomorrow as it has been today.
