Go figure..!

in Fruit & veg
I planted two pear trees of different varieties a few years ago, so as to ensure good pollination and fruit set as advised by the gardening center staff. So this year is the first year of blossom.. but currently only one of the trees is in full bloom, with the other a long ways off. Didn't consider looking up the different windows of blossom time when I made the purchase, only went on the advice of the staff as to which I should pair (get it?! ).
Now I need to go find a Pear that will split the difference, and bloom all the way from one to the other. None to be found elsewhere in our neighborhood, unfortunately.
So beware when fruit tree shopping! Do your research.

Out of interest what 2 variety do you have?
Ambrosia and a Honeysweet. The are planted approximately 15 feet apart under identical sun/water/soil conditions.
