    Not dippy Dazza, ive planted loads of those mixes before it dawned on me! image

    You can always add to the stuff you sow, dont panic that its all got to be done at once, whenever you see something you like, just post a pic on here, these guys will tell you what it is and if it will grow with your other stuff image
  • If it's a smallish area and have cleared it properly have you thought of just getting the meadow turf to lay? It'll give you an instant effect, that's how they did the Olympic park i think.

    Oxeye daisies are white and are happy in sun or shade so you could add those to the mix. They are perennial and self seed well but they could take over.

    http://wildseed.co.uk/mixtures  - this website helped me decide what to go for. What about a flowering lawn mix? Cheaper, easier and probably more suitable
