Daphne Odora
Hello
Can anyone help me identify why suddenly this year my Daphne Odora appears to have died. We have been in this house 5 years this summer and it was here when we arrived. It has survived two fairly harsh winters and the heavy rainfall last year. I know they tend to be difficult to grow but this it was well established and was about 3ft high and 4 ft across,
We loved it and wonder if we should try to grow another in its place? If so what can I do to give it the best possible chance and when is the best time to plant

Daphnes have a reputation for sudden death. I lost an odora and a mezereum in the same year
In the sticks near Peterborough
