    Fairly sure it' s not Hogweed. Also hoping not.

    Sorry that went haywire. Could it be a Sallow, one of the "pussy willows"? They grow very fast from seed if not weeded out.

    Of the suggestions so far I think Invicta's is most likely. Definitely buddleia or lavatera, don't know deutzias well enough to say.

    Did you plant it or did it just turn up Mrs G?

    I think fidget is closer to the mark, it's not bubbleia or lavatera, stems and leaves are wrong for both. Although the green stems aren't suggestive of deutzia's.

    Salix or willow.  Looks just like the ones that self seed with gay abandon in my garden.
