Re-appearing Potatoes

Hi

I have three raised beds for vegetables.  In the bed used for potatoes last year I have planted onion sets and will be sowing beans in a few weeks.

However, I obviously didn't clear out the bed of all the potatoes last year and one or two are re-appearing!

Should I just leave them or is there a good reason to pull them out?

Thanks

Les

Depends on if they are in the way or not. Leave them for an earlier crop if they are not interfering with the next set of veg.

  • Leave them in if they are not in the way, for some lovely early spuds.

  • Thanks for the responses, much appreciated.

Can you tell me how long it takes for potatoes and red onions to show any shoots? Mine have been in for a week and half
