Hi, I am wanting to know if it is safe to eat vegetables that are growing alongside some type of toadstools in my raised beds ?

In the sense that toadstools will poison your plants??
Seems unlikely to me-but happy to be corrected
I agree. There are always fungi about, just don't eat the fungi if you don't know what they are.
