Are these plants or weeds?

I completely replanted my garden last year after a landscaping project so am just getting used to what is where. I labelled all my plants but 2 have appeared where there are no labels. This may be because the labels got lost or they are weeds?! Does anyone recognise the 2 above plants/weeds?

I've not heard of anaphalis so not knowingly planted it but maybe a gifts from the bird! The second could be a daisy of some type as I did buy some in tubs and may have popped them in the groun in ate summer. I am missing 'Polemonium retans Stairway to Heaven PBR' and 'Rudbeckia 'Toto Gold' both of which I bought but can't find the labels of so could the second be either of them? I'm pretty sure the first light silver one isn't.

I don't know the first one but it looks like a spreader
The second I agree with Ceres, aster, Michaelmas daisy.
Neither are polemonium or rudbeckia. I don't think those toto type rudbeckias do a second year but I may be wrong there, I don't grow them

Ceres - I think you were right with Anaphalis - above it what is looks like now. I am not liking it too much as it attracts lots of bluebottles so it may be coming out! Thanks for the id - very impressive!
