  • hi,i have planted 9 laurels at the back of my garden for a bit of privacy,and i like the plants ,how tall do i let them get before trimming them .

    Missed this last year Joe. that rule doesn't work for willows.

    steve, stop them just before they get to where you want them and keep your cuts in fairly new wood.. If you have to start cutting into hard branches it has a tendency to die back on the cut branch
