I gave away all my glass from 2 dismantled greenhouse on freecycle.

Worth looking there. If I gave mine away, I'm sure someone locally might well do the same.

    Devon.
  • Thanks for all your replies - although I ticked the box for an email when I received a response nothing came thru so I thought you'd all deserted me ! I'm working out how to add a photo to show you. It was previously glazed with a mixture of hort glass ( which was thrown away unfortunately) and ancient yellowed Perspex   Ideally I'd like polycarbonate or toughened glass- I will take a look locally to see if there's a glass shop Who could quote me.  I'm sure I've seen online a complete set of non yellowing Perspex for greenhouses but I can't find it again !

Find a local comapny that replaces bus shelters etc thats what I use in my Greenhouses it may have soem graffetti on it but my plants dont care. The upside is it cuts with a circular saw and you can use 1 sheet  4 x 2 rather than 2.
